Professional Dog Training Centre

The K9-Unit Dog Training Courses are designed for the responsible dog owner.

Our purpose built dog training facility, set in 2.75 acres of Epping Forest, staffed by highly qualified professional dog trainers with many years experience, ensures your dog will enjoy his or her time with us.

Before your dog arrives at K9-Unit, you will be asked to complete a dog behaviour assessment form. Our specialist dog training team will use this to help you identify the most effective course of dog obedience and dog behaviour management training for your dog.

On arrival, you and your dog will be greeted by your allocated trainer, who will quickly establish a handler/dog relationship with your dog and undertake basic assessment testing.

Our dog obedience and dog behaviour management training is enforced through a positive and negative system. This means your dog will be praised and rewarded for good behaviour.

At the end of all our dog training courses, our dog trainers will demonstrate your dog's new obedience skills to you, and show you how to handle and maintain your dog. This ensures your dog remains happy and well trained.

For our residential dog training courses, we offer a complimentary one hour follow up session two weeks after your course has ended. This allows us to assess your dog and rectify any handler errors and gives you the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.

Training package costs are inclusive of board and food for your dog. Any veterinary costs incurred whilst your dog is undertaking their dog obedience training and dog behaviour management training are excluded and must be settled separately.

On the rare occasion that a dog has not trained to its full potential within its allocated course time, then our dog trainers will extend the training period at no extra cost.
